REFLECTIVE "MIRROR" PRIVACY FILM

"Mirror" privacy film is a multi application film. Mainly designed as a heat/sun prevention film, it is by virtue of it's reflective quality a very effective day time privacy film. Because it is designed as a solar control film, it only allows 20% of light through, helping to keep the sun at bay and your rooms cool in the summer. The main difference between this film and the frosted films is that it still allows you to look out, whilst people on the outside can't see in. However, the loss of light is more pronounced than with the frosts, and the privacy aspect is only effective during day time hours.

This product is mainly designed to reduce the discomfort caused by excessive heat gain and glare from the sun, allowing work to be carried out in relative comfort. It can be used on most glass surfaces, including double glazed units (only if made of toughened glass). NOTE: The mirror effect will only works on external windows as you need the contrast of light between inside and outside for it to be effective. It will not work on internal windows.
