We use different carriers depending on the size of your order. Typically, small orders will be sent via Royal Mail, with larger orders, and orders over 1m in length being sent via TNT.

For foreign destinations, we use a range of carriers and choose the most suitable one depending on the destination.

Most goods come in a cardboard tube which won't fit through a letter box. The item will have to be signed for upon receipt. We suggest you use a work address to facilitate delivery, or leave a note on your door with a neighbours address for alternative delivery.

When will my goods be despatched?

We always endeavour to despatch your goods as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours on a weekday. Using our normal shipping option, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 working days.

However, most printed or cut on demand orders (bespoke designs, stained glass film, wallpaper and stickers) will take a couple of days to be ready for despatch. Printed designs need to dry overnight before they can be packed in a tube.

The highest shipping option is for Express Delivery and you will receive the goods next (weekday) day before 5pm. Do not use this shipping option for printed or cut on demand orders.

We offer free shipping on orders over £50.00. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses.
