If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days, and we will offer you a refund or a credit note.

Items sold by the metre may be returned unused and in original packaging. Stickers, cut-to-size film and bespoke printed or cut designs may not be returned as they are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be sold on.

Please post back the goods in their original condition with your invoice number, or for internet orders with your order number, written on the outside of the tube.

We advise you send the goods back to us recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage.

Upon our receipt of the goods we will refund you minus the postage and packaging costs incurred to send you the goods:

This we will advise but typically it ranges from £3 to £10 (UK only) depending on the weight of the item, and whether the goods were sent out by Special Delivery, courier etc.

This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
