Our patterned frosted window film designs can be used for privacy, as an alternative to net curtains, to enhance a period property or just as a decorative treatment for your windows and doors. Once you have picked a design, just enter the measurements of your glass panes. The pattern will be resized and printed to those exact measurements.

The film is mainly designed for internal application, is suitable for bathrooms and kitchens and resistant to condensation, but avoid direct contact with water. It can be removed at a later stage, making it ideal for rented properties .

I still want to see out. Which option shall I choose?

For partial privacy, select the transparent option. We will then print the frosted background on a clear film, leaving the pattern clear. You will then still be able to see out with varying levels depending on the pattern selected.

I want complete privacy. 

For complete privacy day and night you need to choose a colour option for the pattern, which will then be printed in the colour you select on frosted film, instead of a transparent film, so there will be NO clear areas.

You will not be able to see through the film, but plenty of light will still be able to pass through – it’s a decorative alternative to a plain frosted film or etch effect.

Is the film applied internally or externally?
 

The design can be viewed from both sides of the glass but is designed to be installed on the internal side of the glass where it is best protected from the elements and will have a longer life span. In any case, the window film looks better when viewed through the glass.

How easy is the film to clean?
 

Just a gentle wipe with a soft cloth and soapy water are all you need to clean your film when required – no more dirty nets!

How easy is the film to apply?
