If you have not received a despatch email from us within 5 working days of ordering your goods, please contact us. We may have tried to contact you with a query on your order.
If you have received your order but there are items missing, or the items you have received are wrong, please contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the missing or wrong items. We keep a record of all our cutting sheets and print files so are able to check exactly what has been sent to you.
